Welcome to Bravo Bike’s Madrid escorted cycling tours. We offer a wide range of exciting excursions, stopping off at the city’s most interesting landmarks, monuments, squares and parks and allowing you to experience the city in its own lifestyle. Our routes take us mostly through traffic-free zones, but cyclists should nevertheless feel comfortable cycling in a busy city environment. Our tours are also well-suited to families with children, corporate incentive events and for college and school outings. Please consult our website for group discounts. We’re also happy to arrange tailored cycling tours to Madrid’s outlying cities, such as El Escorial, Segovia, Chinchón, Aranjuez, Avila and Toledo. All our personalized tours are led by English, French, German and Spanish speaking monitors.
Depending on the number of cyclist in any group, our Madrid cycle tours start from our downtown office near the Plaza de España, or from the nearby Templo de Debod. We cycle first through the Parque del Oeste, descending to the banks of the river Manzanares, stopping at the hermitage of San Antonio (closed on Mondays), the burial site of Spain’s most celebrated painter, Franciso de Goya. After visiting his fresco paintings, we cycle on to Principe Pio train station, the Royal Palace, the City Hall, Plaza Mayor, Plaza Santa Ana, Prado Museum, Reina Sofia Museum, Palace Hotel, Ritz Hotel, Atocha train station, Retiro park, Plaza de Colon (Columbus Square), Chueca district, Puerta del Sol, Opera and then return to our point of departure. We can organize tapas or a typical Madrid lunch to wrap up the excursion, or if you prefer, just a second drink to sit and chat. We’ take photos throughout the entire duration of the tours and we burn them on a CD for you. The tour can be adapted for children of 8 years and upward, but there is no exposure to any danger whatever during the tour. Madrid City Bike Tour
Our tour starts at the oldest monument of Madrid, an Egyptian temple. We will continue towards Palacio Real, Cathedral, Plaza de la Villa, Plaza Mayor, Plaza Santa Ana, Prado Museum and the beautiful Retiro parque before we are headed back through the Chueca district. Our last monument will be at Plaza España with Don Quixote. Don´t worry we will have a coffee break in a typical cafeteria in the Retiro park.
Our sightseeing tours can be done with an English, German, French and Dutch speaking monitor.

Madrid & Nature
The escorted tour can be extended to 4 hours. We will visit historical Madrid and the Casa de Campo park. This tour has a little but more adventure, we can bike on off road trails and paved cycling paths. Like this you will see the nature as well as the always busy city centre.

Madrid Full Day
Full day tour in Madrid including lunch and visits to the Dehesa de la Villa park, the University, Santiago Bernabeu stadium (visit optional), Casa de Campo park, historic Madrid. Menu lunch at a typical restaurant. On any offical holiday and weekends there is a supplement of Euro 10.- euros per person. Bike & Wellness
Like the Madrid city bike tour we will visit lots of sights in 3 hours. After seeing a lot of the city centre you can have a 1 ½ hour relaxation session in a spa centre with swimming pool, Turkish bath, sauna and Jacuzzi. (Spa closed on Mondays). Crazy about Soccer We will visit parts of the historical town, like Palacio Real, the Old Townhall, the always busy Plaza Mayor, Puerto del Sol (with Real Madrid Shop), Fountain of Cibeles where Real Madrid celebrates their vitories. And from there we´ll bicycle along Castellana Avenue enjoying many amasing buildings and skycrapers. We stop at the Bernabeu stadium and visit the museum for a hour. After that, we will enjoy a nice typical tapa and bicycle back to the office.
